Optimal stress management

Although perceived otherwise, stress is not necessarily harmful! But it’s important to manage stress well to maintain optimal health and good quality of life. The primary objective of this workshop is to understand how stress works. We will also look at recognizing the signs of stress, as well as its physical, mental, and emotional effects, which are key aspects. To take action on health and well-being, we must first create opportunities for lifestyle change. This interactive workshop-style conference gives participants a theoretical overview of the concepts surrounding the theme. In addition, large-group and small-group discussions, as well as individual self-reflection, are used to stimulate reflection and raise awareness.
