Manage complex projects with resources, indicators, and earned value
This MS Project training allows you to plan, schedule tasks, assign resources and allocate costs to them, but first of all to monitor and control the progress of your project. Mastering the advanced functionalities of MS Project will allow you to personalize your work environment, to facilitate the follow-up in a multi-project framework, to better communicate with the stakeholders and thus to improve your productivity (better vision of the allocation of resources, publication of relevant reports, resolution of load conflicts, etc.).

Experience with MS Project (Course GE102).
