Plan, secure, govern, and optimize Microsoft Teams and its ecosystem


This course is intended for individuals who wish to take on the role of Microsoft 365 Teams administrator. It enables them to acquire the skills needed to plan, deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication within a Microsoft 365 environment.

Objectives

The objective of this course is to enable participants to plan and deploy Microsoft Teams, manage governance and lifecycle, ensure security and compliance, configure network settings, and manage collaboration experiences, Teams applications, and devices.

Prerequisite

A good understanding of basic functional experience with Microsoft 365 services. A good understanding of general IT practices, including the use of PowerShell.
