Using a self-management or self-care approach, this training course will help you understand the basics of mental health, demystify the most common symptoms linked to an imbalance in psychological health, and then explore suitable tools to develop your self-regulation reflexes on a daily basis and improve your quality of life.

- Be able to better define, understand and name a symptom.
- Use tools and grids to self-assess symptom intensity.
4. The importance of caring
In this module, the participant will cover the following points:
- The foundations of benevolence and why it is useful in the field of mental health
- How to be kind to yourself and others
- Practical tools for applying benevolence in everyday life
5. Self-management in mental health
In this module, the participant will address the following points:
- A better understanding of the components of mental well-being
- The self-management approach as a step towards better overall health
- Creating a personalized toolbox.
