Using common management situations (delicate feedback, unpopular decisions, conflict management, uncertainty), each participant assesses his or her own level of managerial courage. Topics covered :
Self-assessment of our managerial courage.
Awareness of strengths and areas for improvement.
Module 3 - Strengthening your managerial courage on a daily basis

Identifying managerial courage strategies that are appropriate and can be applied.
Module 4 - Managerial courage: drawing up an action plan
Moving from intention to action in a real-life situation
This final module enables participants to apply what they have learned in the previous modules to transform intentions into action.
