Give meaning to your HR messages to create memorable experiences
When job offers look the same, induction processes struggle to engage, and talent is looking for meaning before salary, it's no longer possible to settle for conventional approaches.
The words you choose (in an offer, an interview or an integration process) can make all the difference. They can make you feel, make you remember, make you buy in.
What if your HR messages could stop informing... and start resonating?
This training course is designed to help HR professionals and managers structure, formulate and disseminate stories that are relevant to their day-to-day work: what's the purpose of this job? how can we make the organization's values visible? Explain an internal transformation? Or highlight a unique career path?

Training content
1 Why is storytelling transforming talent management ?
In a market saturated with identical, formatted messages, storytelling offers a unique way of capturing attention, transmitting culture and giving meaning. After all, it's not just what you say, but how you say it. By gaining a better understanding of the fundamentals of Storytelling, participants will be able to :
- Differentiate between “factual communication” and “storytelling
- Identify the structure of an effective narrative and its attention-grabbers
- Make the link between storytelling, neuroscience and decision-making
- Identify HR opportunities to which storytelling can provide a solution (recruitment, culture, commitment, diversity)
2 The ingredients of a good HR story
You've got things to say about your company, your teams, your positions... but how can you avoid formatted speeches that nobody really reads anymore? HR storytelling isn't about embellishing, it's about giving meaning, structuring an intention, and making people feel before explaining. You'll see how to create a coherent narrative thread that enhances a role, a trajectory or a project, while embodying your values.
- Structuring HR messages using the Golden Circle model (why how what)
- Integrate the 5 components of an engaging narrative: hero, setting, trigger, obstacles, transformation
- Distinguish between authentic storytelling and marketing pitches
3 Applying storytelling to everyday life
Sometimes, what needs to be said is already there, but the form just doesn't manage to make an impression. It's not the content that's missing, but the way it's conveyed. In a professional context, there is no shortage of opportunities to use a lively, authentic and meaningful narrative: job interviews, feedback to be given, projects to be presented... This module will help you recognize situations where a well-constructed story can create a bond, reinforce clarity, soothe resistance... or simply inspire.
- Integrate storytelling at key moments in the employee journey (recruitment, induction, mobility, support, departure)
- Transform existing HR content into engaging stories
- Create memorable experiences for candidates
- Highlight atypical career paths in a rewarding and inspiring way
- Create stories that bring corporate culture to life beyond slogans
Keep in Mind
