Block 1 - Why is storytelling transforming talent management ?
In a market saturated with identical, formatted messages, storytelling offers a unique way of capturing attention, transmitting culture and giving meaning. After all, it's not just what you say, but how you say it.
By gaining a better understanding of the fundamentals of Storytelling, participants will be able to :
- Differentiate between “factual communication” and “storytelling
- Identify the structure of an effective narrative and its attention-grabbers
- Make the link between storytelling, neuroscience and decision-making

Block 2 - The ingredients of a good HR story
You've got things to say about your company, your teams, your positions... but how can you avoid formatted speeches that nobody really reads anymore? HR storytelling isn't about embellishing, it's about giving meaning, structuring an intention, and making people feel before explaining. You'll see how to create a coherent narrative thread that enhances a role, a trajectory or a project, while embodying your values.

Block 3 - Applying storytelling to everyday life
Sometimes, what needs to be said is already there, but the form just doesn't manage to make an impression. It's not the content that's missing, but the way it's conveyed. In a professional context, there is no shortage of opportunities to use a lively, authentic and meaningful narrative: job interviews, feedback to be given, projects to be presented... This module will help you recognize situations where a well-constructed story can create a bond, reinforce clarity, soothe resistance... or simply inspire.
