Course architecture
Getting oriented and setting the stage
The program begins with a short phase of awareness.
There, you will discover what stress really is, how it affects the body and mind, the signs of unmanaged stress, and why it can be difficult to break the tension cycle. It also takes a look at common ideas surrounding stress and the reasons why a mindful approach is essential to regain lasting balance.
You will be guided step by step to clearly understand how the challenge works and to establish your first points of reference through a simple introspection exercise.
Taking action, one step at a time – weeks 1 to 4
For four weeks, you will be invited to improve your ability to manage stress by experimenting with one targeted tool each week. Through short videos and simple daily practices lasting 5 to 30 minutes (a fair investment in yourself), you will observe your usual triggers, better understand your reactions, and try concrete approaches to ease your tension.
Each weekly module offers a self-reflection exercise to identify your sources of stress and recognize how they manifest physically, mentally, or emotionally.
Then, a stress regulation tool will be suggested: breathing techniques, muscle relaxation, refocusing, mindfulness…
Week after week, you will be able to assess their concrete effects and gradually build a set of resources tailored to your reality.
This regular process allows you to lay the foundation for lasting change by anchoring simple and realistic habits to build a calmer and more mindful daily life.
Integrating and extending the benefits
The final step allows you to review what you have observed, learned, and experienced. You will take stock of your preferred practices, the transformations underway, and create a personal action plan to continue your efforts beyond the challenge. A self-reflection questionnaire will help you consolidate your insights and maintain your new habits over time.
