Although changes can sometimes be made directly to the work team, to the way the team operates or to the way work is organized, automating certain tasks also becomes a necessity in certain cases. During this course, we will focus on real-life opportunities for improvement using company situations proposed by the participants. Our observations will allow us to reflect on the reality of organizations. This course is particularly suitable for those who wish to resolve organizational issues within their companies.
