Identify the risks associated with a sedentary lifestyle and poor posture, and find out how to free yourself from physical tension, boost your energy levels and improve your sitting and standing posture at work.

Physical pain and tension are common in the workplace, mainly associated with a sedentary lifestyle, long hours of posture or repetitive movements. The body is there to support us, as long as we take care of it.

Beyond the myths about physical activity and ergonomics, this training course covers simple exercises to counteract a sedentary lifestyle, improve mobility, increase energy, strengthen muscle tone, limit back pain and regain greater flexibility.

Objectives

At the end of this training course, participants will be able to apply exercises to limit sedentariness and adjust their posture at their workstation, according to their needs.

    This training course gives you the tools you need to better understand the impact of poor posture at work, with the aim of avoiding musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), improving working conditions and reducing the risk of accidents and occupational illness.
