A family man and father of two, Philippe rose through the ranks at Tootelo Innovation (Bonjour-Santé) to become Director of Human Development (HRD), then Manager of HR Operations at Richter LLP. Recognized for his analytical and financial skills, he has also held the positions of Project Manager (Total Rewards), Business Owner (HR Transformation) and Director of Employee Experience at Agropur.
In addition to being a senior consultant at Sismik, Philippe is a director of the Ordre des CRHA since 2016. Determined and versatile, his mission is to actively contribute to Quebec's prosperity by offering impactful support and concrete solutions to local businesses. He uses his expertise and that of his clients to create value and help them achieve their goals.
