Maïka is currently completing her Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an associate’s degree in journalism. Her background allows her to combine rigor and analytical skills with the ability to build authentic relationships.
She is particularly interested in training, executive coaching, and organizational development. Known for her creativity, critical thinking, attention to detail, and approachability, she takes a dynamic, human-centered, and science-based approach to her work.
She has diverse experience in media, executive recruitment, healthcare, local government, and the gas industry. In recent years, Maïka has undertaken projects related to mental health in the workplace, the improvement of organizational processes, and skills development coaching.
