Holding a Master’s degree from the Sorbonne and a Magisterium of Communication from CELSA, Gilles has been assisting institutions and private companies in their communication projects for more than 13 years.
Through sociological studies, benchmarks, audits and user workshops, he develops pragmatic communications strategies based on the online and offline behavior of established targets. At the heart of user issues, Gilles received training in accessibility with Atalan and is both Opquast Certified (Advanced Level) and Google Ads Certified.
