Vision board: visualize your goals to achieve them more effectively

How can we fully mobilize the potential of each team member to create a culture of commitment, creativity and collaboration that fosters collective success and employee well-being? The Visualization Board (hoshin kanri revisited) course is designed to help participants define and realize their goals using a creative, visual approach. Through practical exercises and strategic planning techniques, this course enables participants to develop a clear vision of their future and create a tangible tool to help them materialize their aspirations. Participants will learn to use the concept of hoshin kanri, a Japanese strategic management method, revisited with a focus on creating a visualization board. They will discover how to align their personal and professional goals, identify the necessary actions and visualize their success through an inspiring visual representation.

Defining one's vision and goals is essential to charting a clear path to success. In this module, participants will learn to explore their passions, values and aspirations, then define goals aligned with their vision. They will see how to create a strategic and motivating direction to achieve the desired results.
