Designed for practitioners who already hold the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification, this update program bridges the two versions of the framework: it highlights what changes from ITIL® 4 to version 5 and what those changes mean for your day-to-day practice. You will be able to identify the delta practices, understand the shift from linear process logic to a unified product and service lifecycle, and integrate the updated strategic governance and value co-creation principles. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore how ITIL® 5 positions service management in environments where AI, automation, and practices such as Agile, DevOps, and PRINCE2 coexist. The program prepares participants for the official PeopleCert ITIL® Foundation Bridge exam.

The course includes instructor-led interactive sessions, practical exam-style exercises, collaborative activities with case studies, and a guided review in preparation for the exam. An intensive learning day is also scheduled, which includes preparation for the bridge exam, to be taken by the candidate at a later date. The official PeopleCert ITIL® Foundation Bridge (version 5) exam is included in the training. Participants will receive an exam voucher valid for 12 months and are responsible for scheduling their own session. The certification exam, taken online after the training, is open-book and consists of 40 multiple-choice questions with a 30-minute duration; additional time may be granted for candidates taking the exam in a language other than their native tongue. A computer with an active audio and video connection is required, and attendance in a course provided by an accredited training organization using accredited course materials is mandatory.
