Organizational constraints can have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of employees. This training on psychosocial risks enables participants to identify, prevent and manage them in their team. They will also see how to develop management practices that promote well-being at work; and how to improve the quality of life of teams. This training aims to help managers ensure a healthy work environment, conducive to commitment and good mental health. It also allows them to prepare for compliance with Bill 27 modernizing the occupational health and safety regime, which requires the identification and analysis of psychosocial risks (PSR) in the workplace.

With this training on psychosocial risks and mental health in the workplace, participants will be able to define which PSRs are present in their team (or organization), who are the affected employees, what are the causes of these PSRs and what measures to take to eliminate them.
1. Build a shared vision on psychosocial risks and mental health
Objective: To develop a collective approach to psychosocial risks in order to prevent them and, when they occur, to manage them.

- Identifying and managing stress in oneself and in others: advice and strategies

2. RPS and management practices
Objective: Develop leadership practices that promote well-being at work.
- The role of the manager in the prevention of RPS
- The manager and his or her room for maneuver
- Protecting and learning to protect oneself
- Conducting an interview with an employee in difficulty
- Recognizing and preventing burn-out, whether it is due to an overload of work (burn-out) or boredom (bore-out) in the team

3. Anticipate and act: RPS related to the quality of life at work
Objective: To improve the quality of life and health at work within the unit.
- Determine the levers of action for well-being at work
