More than ever, the existing work conditions (i.e., virtual meetings, teleworking, etc.) require each person to assess their means of collaboration and contribution to team success. This training activity will, therefore, offer dedicated tools to help in the adoption of new behaviors that are conducive to the achievement of team cohesion and desired objectives, alike.
