Because we manage better what we truly understand
Do you feel that stress is taking up more and more space, both at work and in your personal life? Are you looking to manage it better, but the solutions you’ve tried don’t stick over time?
This is often because we try to manage something without understanding its mechanisms. This training helps you change that: understand what is happening in your body and mind, identify what triggers and sustains your stress, and then put in place strategies that fit your reality.
Spanning three progressive workshops, the training also includes a 4-week online wellness challenge so that your new habits take hold for the long term.
Is it for you ?

Training content
The training is divided into three progressive workshops. Each builds on the previous one: you start by understanding what stress is and how it works, then observe your own reactions to make sense of them, and finally move to action with strategies tailored to your reality.
1 Understanding Stress
To manage stress better, you first need to understand how it works. This first workshop lays the foundation by exploring what happens in your body, your brain, and your nervous system.
- What stress is and its physiological and cognitive effects
- The stress cycle
- The link between stress, energy, and lifestyle habits
- The first ways to regulate your nervous system with self-compassion
2 Analyzing Your Stress
Before taking action, you must understand what specifically fuels your stress. This workshop helps you make sense of your reactions and identify what sustains them.
- Your stress triggers
- Factors that maintain stress
- The C.I.N.E. model and the role of perception in your experience of stress
- Your personal stress pattern
3 Acting on Your Stress
This final workshop leads you to translate your understanding of stress into concrete, realistic actions adapted to your daily life.
- Strategies to regulate your stress
- Establishing a micro-routine
- Developing your personal action plan
Keep in Mind
The course consists of three three-hour workshops spread over four weeks, including a wellness challenge (stress management challenge) to be completed at your own pace throughout this period.
