Training content
Risks are an inherent part of a project, the best project in the world has uncertainties. It is therefore essential for the project manager to know how to identify potential risks in order to be able to provide the best possible response at the right time... and to limit the negative impacts on the deliverables. Since not everything is predictable, the project manager must also put in place the elements that will allow him to serenely ensure risk management throughout the project.
