You've probably noticed how difficult it is to change a lifestyle habit, even an unhealthy one. Yet they have a significant impact on our health.
However, it is difficult to make the right choices when, on a daily basis, you have the feeling of being in a race against time.
This training, supported by neuroscience, helps you better understand what distinguishes a healthy habit from a less healthy one, what drives you to repeat it, and how to adopt healthy practices that support your overall health.
You leave with practical ways to initiate change and maintain it over time.
