Turn Claude into a real work tool. Not just a search engine.
Generative AI has become an essential productivity tool for knowledge workers. But there’s a huge gap between those who use it as an enhanced search engine and those who turn it into a tool for producing deliverables. This workshop provides participants with the framework, techniques, and Claude Cowork automations to bridge that gap in their own work.
Objectives
By the end of this training, participants will be able to perform their day-to-day professional tasks (content creation, document analysis, research, summarization, and recurring automations) using Claude and Claude Cowork, by applying the fundamentals of Anthropic’s prompting and leveraging collaborative features (Projects, Artifacts, Skills, Plugins, Scheduled Tasks, and MCP Connectors).
Is it for you ?
Knowledge workers: consultants, analysts, managers, operational teams, and support teams. No technical knowledge required. This training is designed for both those who have never used Claude and those who use it occasionally and want to get more out of it in their day-to-day work.
Prerequisite
• General familiarity with office software.
• Access to an active Claude account and the Cowork app installed on the day of the training, with access to the plugin marketplace.
• Identify in advance 2 or 3 specific work tasks that you wish to automate or improve (at least one of which is recurring for the Scheduled scenario).
