Difficult Personalities: From Confrontation to Engagement

Intervene appropriately to transform tensions into balanced professional relationships.

A single difficult personality can be enough to throw an entire team off balance. Constant tension, power plays, demotivation… when these behaviors are not understood and properly managed, the work climate quickly deteriorates.
This training gives you the keys to:
- identify the most common difficult personality types in the workplace,
- understand the mechanisms underlying them,
- recognize the warning signs of a toxic climate,
- adjust your stance and use strategies adapted to the profile you are dealing with.
The training offers concrete tools to stabilize a delicate situation, set clear boundaries, protect team cohesion, and reduce the emotional impact of recurring behaviors. You will also delve into preventive approaches, including selection interviews and performance management, in order to limit long-term risks.
Whether you are a manager or a team member, this training will enable you to develop healthier, more balanced, and more professional working relationships, while protecting the work climate and collective performance.

Here, participants analyze typical situations that illustrate the recurring behavioral cycles associated with difficult personalities.
