At the end of this unit, participants will be able to explain the obligations of employers and those of employees.

At the end of this unit, participants will be able to apply legal obligations related to employee absences.
Unit 6 – Psychological harassment
At the end of this unit, participants will be able to implement workplace regulations and mechanisms to prevent harassment and put an end to it when it does occur.
