Course architecture
- Learning Unit 1 - Taming your reactions to change
At the end of this LU, the participant will be able to interpret his/her reactions to change.
During this LU, we will:
- Question how we react to change
- Reflect on what change management is
- Become aware of the effects of change
- Discover the 4 stages of reaction to change - Unit 2 - How to step back when change arrives
At the end of this LU, the participant will be able to apply emotional management techniques to help him/her step back from the change.
During this LU, we will:
- Discover and experiment with emotion management techniques (heart coherence and mindfulness meditation) - Unit 3 - Describing change and its impacts
At the end of this LU, the participant will be able to describe the change and its impacts in an objective way.
During this LU, we will:
- Objectively describe the change
- Make an inventory of what the change challenges, identify the impacts
- Discover the different types of change
- Identify the meaning of the change - Unit 4 - How to position yourself in the face of change
At the end of this LU, the participant will be able to position him/herself in the face of change by naming his/her concerns, emotions and needs.
During this LU, we will:
- Name their concerns in the face of change
- Discover the 7 phases of concern, according to Céline Bareil
- Recognize where we are in the phases of concern
- Distinguish the elements over which we have control (or not) or influence
- Identify the emotion felt in the face of concerns
- Identify the needs that emerge from concerns - Unit 5 - Becoming an actor of change
By the end of this unit, the participant will be able to identify how to become a change agent, by revisiting their values, talents and using nonviolent communication.
During this LU, we will:
- Identify your values
- Identify talents
- Identify opportunities for change
- Learn and practice the 4 steps of nonviolent communication - Unit 6 - How to regain serenity in change
At the end of this LU, participants will be able to use a mindfulness tool to help them regain their serenity.
During this LU, we will:
- Experiment with a mindfulness tool, the "Freeze Frame", to learn to connect to your intuition and better adapt to change.
- Review the awareness we have gained and identify what we want to do differently from now on, to adapt and live more serenely with change.
