Each of these required courses, depending on your chosen training path, also grants you a number of ITIL® credits needed to acquire this status.

Our second option is based on complementary training designed around different defined roles for individuals looking to acquire specific IT service management knowledge and skills rather than looking to acquire their ITIL® Expert status and/or for individuals looking for training that is in keeping with their specific position. Most of these training courses also grant you a number of ITIL® credits.
