Marie-Christine is a professional coach and advisor. Working as a freelancer with GUBERNA Services Conseils since 2009. She has developed and given several interactive and workshop-style training seminars on governance as well as ethical, responsible leadership—most notably in collaboration with the continuing education department of the Barreau du Québec and the Fédération Québécoise des Municipalités.
Marie-Christine holds a diploma in Civil Law from the University of Ottawa, a Master’s in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and a professional coaching certification from the IDC Institute in Geneva. Thanks to the diverse experience she has gained both here and abroad, Marie-Christine has what it takes to help businesses reflect upon their strategic approach, develop plans of action, tackle organizational development, modernize their governance practices, as well as develop and implement a culture of ethics.
Marie-Christine is known for her friendly, energetic, creative, unusual and pragmatic style. She favours and facilitates active participation, and encourages participants to share their experiences in order to create a group learning experience.
