Jocelyn Richard is a specialist in the sales culture of large organizations.
Since founding Groupe Effica (previously Performance D.O. et formation) in 1991, he has carried out numerous mandates aimed at implementing a sales culture in companies such as the National Bank, TD Insurance (Meloche Monnex), Astral Media Radio and Fido, to name a few. His expertise in organizational development and experience as a trainer enable him to develop and implement sales strategies at all corporate levels.
Mr. Richard hails from Sherbrooke and completed his studies in Translation/Interpretation at Laurentian University in Sudbury. He also earned a degree in Andragogy (the science of adult learning) at St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia.
