Elizabeth Plaxton

Elizabeth Plaxton has 13 years’ experience as a teacher and consultant in the area of second language acquisition. As a trainer, mentor and supervisor of language teachers in training, Elizabeth has held multiple positions in Canada, Europe and Asia. Attentive and dynamic, she has honed her skills and developed her talents in part through interactions with an incredibly diverse clientele.

Continually abreast of recent studies and contemporary pedagogical approaches, Elizabeth holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics from Concordia University, a CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) from Cambridge University and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.
