A true Design Thinking and innovation enthusiast, Catherine Landry is the co-founder of Leadeo along with Annie Gauthier. Catherine boasts over 15 years’ experience in organizational development, both at the customer experience and employee levels, and is focused on using innovative approaches.
Catherine honed her skills in the fields of transport, protection and security, energy, insurance and finance. She sets herself apart through her ability to structure intervention initiatives and gather the best talent to resolve complex organizational problems and quickly co-create effective solutions.
With a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management (2005) from Université du Québec à Montréal, a Graduate Diploma in Training Management (2012) from Université de Sherbrooke, you might say that Catherine has somewhat of an atypical background. Catherine also studied Design Thinking and Innovation (2015) at the University of Virginia (Darden School Foundation, Executive Education) and then went on to take training at MIT Executive Education (2019) in Corporate Innovation: Strategies for Leveraging Ecosystems.
