Catherine Landry is passionate about business creativity, Design Thinking and Service Design. In 2023, she begins a new professional chapter with her new brand: 4dt. She offers the best of her experience acquired over the last decade as a consultant and co-founder of LEADEO, and has 18 years' experience in organizational development, in both the customer and employee experience fields, using innovative approaches.
Catherine has worked in service companies such as financial services, insurance, municipal services and schools, and is involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. She stands out for her ability to structure intervention approaches, bring together the right talents to solve complex organizational problems, and facilitate co-creation approaches.
From industrial engineering to a bachelor's degree in business administration (Human Resources
Management option) from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2005, and then in Training Management from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2012, Catherine followed an atypical path. She then specialized in Design Thinking and Innovation at the University of Virginia (Darden School Foundation, Executive Education) in 2015, before continuing her studies at MIT Executive Education in 2019, in the field of business innovation and ecosystem exploitation strategies. In 2022 and 2023, she continues her apprenticeships with IDEO in Service Design and Strategy Activation.
