Objectives

To provide the knowledge and skills required to plan and integrate UX activities in the context of a digital strategy across projects and work streams; understand the value and scope of the Business Case for US and the UX brief; define UX metrics and KPIs, and measure and communicate the impact of UX on operational, financial and brand performance in order to inform global-level strategies.

Targeted audience

UX-PM is designed for professionals with more than 5 years’ experience in management, supervision or development of technology solutions or services.

Prerequisite

UX-PM Cetification Level 2. (UX202).
