Objectives

To provide the knowledge and skills required to integrate user experience into a project in order to meet business objectives and market demands. Choosing, planning and monitoring UX activities (in terms of tools and methods) at various stages of the project. Optimize quality and effectiveness of a product or service experience by incorporating the principles of user-centered design.

Targeted audience

UX-PM 2 is deigned for holders of a UX-PM 1 certificate and digital project managers, including product directors, marketing managers IT directors, account executives and project leaders who possess 2 to 4 years of experience in managing technology solutions or services.

Prerequisite

UX-PM Certification level 1 (cours UX101) or equivalent experience.

  • Overview of the lifecycle of a user-centered design and its integration into the development process for digital solutions

  • The implementation phase - collaboration between the UX and development teams
  • Immersion and practice: this course includes a case study featuring discussions and role-playing in order to sharpen newly acquired skills

This training course provides a blend of theory, problem solving and case studies.

Exam Note

The certification exam takes place at the end of the second day of training. The certification exam consists of ashort-answer questions.
