Objectives

To provide the knowledge and skills required to describe the key activities of the planning, protection and optimization processes within the context of lifecycle services; provide mastery of PPO operations, activities and duties.

Targeted audience

Managers, IT specialists and project managers.

Prerequisite

ITIL® 2011 Foundation Certification, ITIL®V3 Foundation Certification, or having passed the V2 to V3 upgrade exam. It is also strongly recommended that participants read the principle ITIL® publications on service lifecycles, and particularly "Service Design" 2011 edition before beginning training for certification.
