Objectives

To provide basic knowledge of PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments)—THE reference in project management—and recognize the elements that are part of a project management framework. Participants will also be able to obtain their PRINCE2 Foundation certification.

Targeted audience

Project management personnel who wish to understand best project management practices as defined by PRINCE2.
