Objectives

Upon completion of the course, participants will have the skills and knowledge required to: effectively elicit stakeholder needs and requirements, set up a documentation hierarchy and standards for defining levels of requirements for a product, document requirements with techniques such as use-case modeling, manage scope and change throughout product lifecycle, understand how requirements drive ongoing design, test and user documentation activities, use the UML notation to represent a use-case model.

Systems analysts, business analysts, applications specialists, sales and marketing specialists, software developers, testers and quality assurance specialists, technical writers, project managers and process engineers.
