Upon completion of the course, participants will have the skills and knowledge required to: state and describe the basic principles of object orientation, describe the physical structure of a class, explain the relationship between a class and an object, define and correctly use polymorphism and generalization, read and interpret artifacts that specify requirements and constitute a starting point for analysis and design, read and interpret artifacts that specify system architecture, identify classes through use cases, distribute behaviour among classes by identifying their responsibilities and using the UML notation to represent an analysis model.
