  • Understand the advantages of organizational agility
  • Identify the requirements of the VUCA environment: volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity
  • Discover the management practice of agile organizations: structure (holacracy, freedom-form company, adhocracy, etc.), managerial practices (for example: GSoft, Patagonia or Synertek)
  • Learn how to adopt principles of self-management: collaboration, autonomy, flexibility, etc.
  • Grasp the requirements of agile and transformational leadership
  • Identify measures to be taken in order to become more agile using practical exercises and discussions
