Main objective: To analyze the changes between ITIL Version 2 and Version 3, to describe the service provisioning lifecycle covered in the five core volumes of ITIL Version 3, to identify the repositioning of the processes integrated into Version 3 as compared to those of Version 2, and to explain the evolution of ITIL's standardized vocabulary

Who should attend: Anyone who has already received at least two days training in ITIL Version 2 (Course TI105) or whose knowledge is at the level of the ITIL Foundation Certificate in ITSM.
