Practical information

Registration

To attend a course, please register online or print and fill out the registration form (in French) and return it by fax to 514.380.8234. You will be notified of your enrolment upon receipt of your registration form.

Tuition must be paid in full prior to the day courses begin. It includes all training aids, continental breakfasts and coffee breaks. GST (# 141393173RT0001) and QST (# 1019095068TQ0001) are not included. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX credit cards.

Discounted Fee

For all courses, a discounted fee is granted to:

• Ministries and government organizations
• Municipal corporations and organizations from the health and education network
• Candidates and members of the Ordre des CMA du Québec, members of the AQIII and of the OCAQ, and non-profit associations
• Alcoa, AXA, Banque Nationale du Canada, Banque TD, CAE, CGI, Cogir, Coop fédérée, Desjardins, Dessau, Forensic, Glaxosmith, Hewitt, IBM/LGS, MEGA Brands, Metro, Orica Canada, Quebecor, SNC-Lavalin, Standard Life, TELUS, Thevco Électronique, Transcontinental et Ubisoft.

Cancellation and Postponements

No registration fee is due if you cancel in writing at least ten business days prior to a scheduled course date. If written notification is received between two and nine business days before a course, half of the registration fee is due for payment. If you fail to attend a course or if you cancel one business day before the start date, the registration fee in full is due for payment. As a postponement is a cancellation followed by a new registration, the same terms will apply. All cancellations and postponements must be notified in writing. We accept student substitutes at no additional charge until the course start date.

Training in French

Act to foster the development of manpower training (Bill 90)

Technologia is registered with Emploi-Québec (certificate number: 0053016). The investments which you carry out while following a Technologia course are thus allowed within the framework of this bill. Also, Technologia is recognized as an approved educational institution by Human Resources Development Canada.

Location

All of our courses in Montreal take place at Technologia (unless otherwise specified). See the map that follows. You will be notified of the courses location in Québec City and Gatineau when you receive confirmation of your enrolment. For a list of hotels adjacent to the training location, please contact us.

Schedule

Courses are from 9 AM to 4:30 PM (unless otherwise specified). Doors open and a continental breakfast is served at 8:30 AM.
