How long will I have access to my training?

The duration of access to training varies from one training course to another. Consult the course syllabus for the specific duration of the training you are interested in. Please note that no extensions will be accepted.

Would I still have access to my training even though I finished it and received my certificate?

You will have access to your training regardless of your progress. You can also review the contents or consult the additional material even if you have completed the course.

What is the registration and cancellation policy for online courses?

Subscriptions for e-learning courses are effective upon purchase. No cancellation or extension of the subscription is applicable. These purchases are considered final sales. The e-learning products are neither exchangeable nor refundable. For more information, see our Policy and Regulations.

Will I have access to my training upon registration?

You will receive your access to the platform by email within 24 business hours after your registration. We recommend that you log in quickly because the temporary links and passwords are only valid for 30 days for security reasons. After this time, you will need to contact us again to receive a new link and password.

What is the payment policy for online training?

Only payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) is accepted for any registration including at least one online training.

Is it possible to use a prepaid bank of courses for online training?

Will you test my knowledge during this training?

Most of trainings include knowledge tests. These tests are only used to measure your understanding of the concepts and in some cases to select the contents that are useful to you.

Will I receive books or printed material by mail?

No, all training material is available online during your training in your e-learning space.

Is it possible to print or download the teaching material?

As this is an online training, most of the content is not downloadable or printable, but some tools may be printed like PDFs or some PowerPoint presentations.

Will I still have access to the material after my training?

You will have access to the material only during the course access duration. See the course description for the specific duration of the training you are interested in. Please note that no extensions are accepted.

Certificates

Will I receive a certificate at the end of my course?

The Best Practices courses, PMI Courses and Office Training courses offer a certificate. For the rest of our courses, it is possible for the learner to take a screenshot of his progress or to place a certificate request.

What is the minimum score to obtain my certificate?

No pass mark is required to obtain your certificate. You just need to have completed all the required content and have achieved 100% overall progress.

When will I receive my certificate?

Your certificate will be sent automatically by e-mail within 24 hours after completing the training, when your overall progress has reached 100%.

Why my total number of hours on my certificate is different from the time I spent to complete my course?

The number of hours indicated on the certificate represents the recommended duration to carry out all the course contents. This duration is indicated in our course syllabus. The actual time spent online may vary since some content is not mandatory and the progress of each person is different.

Will I receive a certificate of participation by mail?

Certifications are only sent by email. You can print this email if you wish to have a proof of it.

Will you notify my professional association or order that I have completed my training hours?

Technologia does not communicate your personal information to third parties. You will have to make your own arrangements to have your training hours recognized online with your professional association.

Certification exams

Are the exams included with the certification courses

No, certification courses only prepare to take the exams. To find out how and where the exam should be distributed, visit the vendor / exam center (Cisco, Microsoft, IIBA, etc.).

Course language

Are all your courses bilingual?

All Crossknowledge courses (Best practices training paths, PMI trainings, Library Access and Learning packs) are available in both languages (English and French).
The majority of our Office courses are available in both languages ​​(French, English), however some courses are only available in English. You will find this information in our courses syllabuses.

All Skillsoft IT Certification and Virtual Classes courses are only available in English.

Computer equipment required

What is the configuration required to take courses on my computer?

You will find the details of the required configuration in the course syllabuses. Most of the time, you just need an Internet connection. You will need to listen to sound using speakers or headphones.

Do I need to have Office software to attend Office courses?

No, all the training exercises in office courses can be done online directly in the training module.

What is the registration and cancellation policy for online training courses ?
