Cyril Vulgarides has been involved in Technologia’s management for several months—first, as a consultant and then at the head of the company as President and CEO. His dedication, entrepreneurial spirit and solutions-oriented management style make him an inspiring leader who is appreciated by his peers. A seasoned manager with over 20 years’ experience in operations management, organizational improvement and business consulting, Cyril has had the opportunity to work in countless fields. Most notably, he has carried out mandates for over 20 companies specialized in activities ranging from consulting, training, IT/software implementation, entertainment and banking. Cyril is always steadfastly focused on long-term performance and corporate development.
Isabelle Brunet has over 15 years of experience in sales and the organization of training events. A member of the Technologia family since 2001, she has notably overseen numerous major projects and relies on her extensive experience, organizational skills and attention to detail to implement in-house training projects. An exceptional communicator and discerning businesswoman, she stands out by her ability to keenly analyze client needs, a skill that allows her to propose appropriate training with content tailored to individual client realities.
Éric Delisle has over 25 years’ experience in the management of in-house training programs under his belt. He has spent numerous years working as part of a skills management team for a major international accounting firm as well as for the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec, and has been a member of the Ordre des conseillers en resources humaines agrée du Québec since 2001. He is also a member of the Board of Réseau des professionnels de la formation du Québec (RPFQ). Since his arrival at Technologia in 2005, he has been responsible for training programs, for the management of trainers, and for overseeing the committee of training advisors.
Estelle Mendy holds a Master’s in Communications from the Sorbonne and a Master’s in Business Administration from École Supérieure de Gestion in Paris. She also boasts over 5 years experience in the field—experience which she strives to use to the company’s benefit. Passionate about new technologies and a born communicator, Estelle has made it her mission to promote Technologia through various marketing and communication strategies, with a view to making the company the only reference in ongoing training throughout Québec and Canada.
Pierre-Alexandre Bradette was hired as Technologia’s Business and Partnership Development Director in February 2018. His role is that of supporting the company’s training and corporate accompaniment services in order to better serve its clientele and meet their needs. Pierre-Alexandre also represents Technologia in networking activities and during corporate events with a view to promoting the company’s wide range of services among Quebec’s business community. Before embarking on this new adventure with Technologia. Pierre-Alexandre spent 7 years working for a company specialized in offering customized training. It was there that he honed his skills as Director of Business Development, managing major accounts, analyzing business needs and developing training strategies of all types. Following this, he took on the role of Director of Client Services—a position through which he gained extensive experience creating sales and business strategies, performing follow-ups on the latter and ensuring that objectives related to sales, retention and growth were consistently met.
