Unsure which courses to choose?

To help you choose courses that are likely to suit your needs, we have created a tool called “Training Path by Job Profile”. This tool provides a list of the courses from our course catalogue which we feel would be most appropriate for your particular duties and responsibilities. This tool is particularly useful for team managers and professionals who must select the best courses for colleagues or members of their team.

This tool is also useful for those who wish to assess their own personal training needs.

Classification in keeping with the requirements of various professions

The “Training Path by Job Profile” list is created based on information gathered from different professional associations and groups. For example:

•  IT positions: the training paths are based on the competency profile of the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC).
• Project management positions: the training paths were established according to the requirements set by the Project Management Institute (PMI®).
• Administration positions: the training paths are in line with lists that have been approved by our numerous partners.

Our trainer advisors and pedagogical committee work to ensure that the training paths we offer are in line with the reality of our clients.  In creating these lists, they have notably analyzed our database to ensure that the training paths reflect the purchasing habits of the thousands of people we have trained since 1996.

How to use this tool

Suggested courses are grouped according to the types of jobs found in an average company. Simply click on your job of choice to view the training path adapted to you and your career objectives.

If you cannot find a profile that matches your current job, locate the one that is the closest match and conduct a search using other filters.
