Jocelyn Richard is a specialist in the sales culture of large organizations. Since founding Groupe Effica (previously Performance D.O. et formation) in 1991, he has carried out numerous mandates aimed at implementing a sales culture in companies such as the National Bank, TD Insurance (Meloche Monnex), Astral Media Radio and Fido, to name a few. His expertise in organizational development and experience as a trainer enable him to develop and implement sales strategies at all corporate levels.
Mr. Richard hails from Sherbrooke and completed his studies in Translation/Interpretation at Laurentian University in Sudbury. He also earned a degree in Andragogy (the science of adult learning) at St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia.
Has trained more than fifteen thousand people in project management, both with PMI® and Technologia. Director of training and certification programmes at PMI-Montréal since 1999.
Was the manager of a sales team assigned to the largest business accounts including an American Multinational Corporation on the Global Fortune 500 list.
Has fulfilled mandates involving the implementation and integration of technology solutions, migration, deployment and computer park management.
