Check the filters used.
If you selected multiple filters of different categories, it is possible that your search is too specific or narrow. Perform a more general search by removing some filters.
Check your spelling.
Are the words of your query spelled correctly?
Use synonyms.
The document sought may be using different words, like 'automobile' instead of 'car'.
Make a more general search.
Instead of using the specific name of a product, use the general category of product. For example, try ‘database’ instead of ‘Oracle’.
Extend your search.
Use a wildcard character (*) at the beginning, inside or at the end of an expression to extend your search. For example, if you enter ‘*ml’, the engine will search for all course titles that contain that expression. The search results will include course titles such as xML, uML and htML.
