A certified coach with the International Coach Federation and the Fédération internationale des coachs du Québec, Sylvie is also a member of the RITMA Association. Sylvie boasts over 25 years’ experience in personal and professional development.

She has developed expertise in leadership through her work in sales and customer service as well as through management positions with many key players in the world of financial services.

She improved her coaching tools with Robert Hargrove at Boston, the author of Masterful Coaching, and enhanced her facilitation techniques with Peter Block in New Jersey, a senior partner at Designed Learning and author of Stewardship and The Empowered Manager.

Marie-Claude has coordinated several pilot projects in many CSSSs of the Greater Montreal area, including the deployment of new intermediary resources (IR) for the Agence régionale de la Santé et des Services Sociaux de Montréal.

Marie-Claude’s expertise and energy directed her to the teaching profession some 15 years ago when she worked as an assistant professor at Université de Montréal, teaching Bachelor-level nursing students, mostly in the area of community health.

She has trained hundreds of nurses in several Montreal-area CSSSs on a variety of health-related topics including care techniques, diagnostics and nursing approach.

Mariola Wielgopolan, coach and entrepreneur, graduated in 1992 from the École des hautes études commerciales de Montréal in Finance and International Management. For ten years, she has worked for an American Multinational Corporation on the Global Fortune 500 list. She held a number of positions before being appointed manager of the sales team assigned to the largest business accounts.
