Jean Pinsonneault
PRESIDENT, TECHNOLOGIA IT CONSULTING SERVICES
Jean Pinsonneault has a wealth of business experience, including 20 years in the information technology (IT) sector. An accomplished consultant, he has, through the years, put his expertise to good use for the benefit of numerous major corporations.
Over the past 15 years, Jean has helped a hundred or so companies make savvy and appropriate technological choices, supporting them through the project implementation phase and providing reliable yet neutral information on product suppliers. A good number of these projects were executed in close conjunction with various governmental entities, among them the MDEIE (Ministère du Développement économique, de l’Innovation et de l’Exportation), Emploi Québec, the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), the Economic Development Agency of Canada, and the National Research Council of Canada (NRC).
Before taking on his current position at the helm of Technologia Consulting, Jean worked for internationally acclaimed consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he regularly dealt with large organizations such as Hydro Québec, Imperial Tobacco, BCE, JBMorganChase, Oracle, SAP and Microsoft. Between 1992 and 1995, he worked in Mountain View, California for 3D visual display and graphics leader Silicon Graphics (SGI), collaborating with companies such as Softimage, Alias-Wavefront, Bombardier, Time Warner and Lucas Art.
Jean has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Mathematics as well as a teaching certificate from UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal). He also holds an Accelerated MIS diploma from the Westborough Institute of Technology.
Nancy Perron
SENIOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT CONSULTANT
Nancy Perron is a human resources and continuous improvement expert who became a consultant after spending 8 years in her chosen field, mostly as a human resources director. She shines through her successful implementation of a singular value-added approach. As of 1998, Nancy has been providing consulting services, mainly in the areas of organizational development, continuous improvement and value-added HR management, and has been a Focus Groupe Conseil partner since 2004. She has worked with nearly sixty companies in various sectors of activity, executing over 140 projects.
Luc Péloquin
SENIOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT CONSULTANT
In 2004, Luc Péloquin founded and continues to spearhead a consulting firm in strategic planning and work organization. His past experience includes the management of a 225-employee Québec plant, from 1999 to 2004, and the opening of a distribution centre in Memphis, Tennessee. In all of these instances, he implemented and made brilliant use of value-added management tools and techniques (Toyota method) designed to streamline the administrative process.

François Camus, MBA
SENIOR MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS CONSULTANT
François Camus brings over 20 years of experience as a trainer and consultant to the table. As a consultant, he has notably executed thirty or so projects involving the development and implementation of master information system plans, technological diagnostic procedures, and ERP and CRM solutions.
François also has significant international experience, acquired through the execution of training projects and the deployment of information systems for various government agencies.
His advanced studies and knowledge in the area of psychology underlie a finely tuned ability to conduct interviews, making François one of the best consultants in the field. He is an excellent interpreter with highly developed analytical skills, a strong team spirit, and the ability to easily build relationships with clients, colleagues and other managers.
François has an MBA from Concordia University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université de Montréal. To these, he has added around ten technical certificates attesting to his growing areas of expertise.

Having proven himself in the field, Francis Hébert is proud of his Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification. Over the last 10 years he has evolved in a challenging environment, where the application of Lean tools and Six Sigma prevailed. He brought his passion for continuous improvement to various industries, applying the tools of his trade to manufacturing processes, transactions and operations, and this on a company-wide basis.
Francis stands apart by virtue of his down to earth approach and firm belief that all actions must seek measurable results. He is a gifted teacher and coach with a flair for understanding and explaining complex notions.
Denis Pinet
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND E-COMMERCE CONSULTANT
Denis Pinet has, over the past 20 years, acquired substantial experience in the area of continuous improvement, primarily through a search for sustainable solutions. In his consultant role, he facilitates the planning and supervision of productivity and quality improvements as a means of helping companies reach their objectives.
His numerous successes rest on the strict and ongoing application of the Lean approach and Six Sigma methodology within a participatory management framework, and he is firm in his belief that all corporate actions must focus on measurable results.
Denis has been involved in the application of various continuous improvement tools in both the manufacturing and service sectors, working with multinationals as well as small and medium-sized businesses. His efforts have notably borne fruit in industries as diverse as the aerospace sector, finance, mining, printing, telecommunications, machining, and postal, courier and maintenance services.
In his role as a trainer, Denis simplifies complex notions so that they can be understood by everyone, be it during courses or while providing support to various projects.
Denis has led 300 Six Sigma Black Belts and 40 Six Sigma Master Black Belts who together generated over 300 million dollars in earnings.
Trained in stress management and emotional health at the Institute of HeartMath in California, Sylvie also has a background in business administration and corporate coaching.
Has trained more than five thousand people and given more than 600 training sessions. Has over ten years experience with Office suite and MS Project.
Has given more than four hundred training sessions and trained more than three thousand people in Web technologies.
