Project and process management

Technologia Training offers a complete training program on project and process management. These particular courses are designed to help you acquire the tools you need to manage single projects, multiple projects and project teams.

All of the courses in this section are recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and spearheaded by the head of training and Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification. All of our courses on ITIL® processes are recognized by the Information Technology Infrastructure Library through our partner, Stay Technologies.

Management of human capital
