Rémy Racine

Rémy Racine, President and CEO 

Mr. Racine has spent over 25 years in management positions in the training and consulting fields, and is acknowledged for a leadership approach based on the development of human capital. Highly respectful of the persons with whom he works, he has finely tuned listening skills and can count on the support of a high-calibre team. His objective? To rally Technologia's experts around a shared goal, that of offering the best possible training and consulting services.

An innovative and acute businessman, he continually strives to ensure that Technologia is at the forefront of its clients' needs and continues to uphold the quality standards responsible for the company's top-ranking position among Québec training organizations.

Mr. Racine holds a Bachelor's degree in Education Technology.

 

Jean Pinsonneault

Jean Pinsonneault, President, Technologia Consulting

Mr. Pinsonneault is an outstanding communicator with the ability to support and guide his clients while keeping things simple and helping them understand the various issues that are sometimes at stake when embarking on new projects. He has spent 20 or so years in the IT field, and for the last 15, has been actively bolstering a core group of around ten consultants. He has also advised a hundred or so small and medium-sized businesses on all matters technological. Mr. Pinsonneault holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Mathematics as well as a teaching certificate from UQAM. He has also completed an Accelerated MIS with the Westborough Institute of Technology.

Isabelle Brunet

Isabelle Brunet, Head Consultant and Director of Operations

Ms. Brunet has over 15 years of experience in sales and the organization of training events. A member of the Technologia family since 2001, she has notably overseen numerous major projects and relies on her extensive experience, organizational skills and attention to detail to implement in-house training projects. An exceptional communicator and discerning businesswoman, she stands out by her ability to keenly analyze client needs, a skill that allows her to propose appropriate training with content tailored to individual client realities.

Claude LaFerrière

Claude LaFerrière, Director of Business Development

Mr. LaFerrière has 30 years’ experience in the IT sector, and more specifically in the area of technical training. A pioneer for numerous information technology companies in Québec, he has also held the positions of General Manager and partner with Zénon Intégration Québec, a specialized training and professional networking services enterprise. Mr. LaFerrière has also been a senior partner with a renowned professional IT services company. Co-author of a course guide for managers, he has also spoken at numerous conferences on the assessment of IT training needs.

Éric Delisle

Éric Delisle CRHP, Program Director 

Mr. Delisle has over 20 years’ experience in the management of in-house training programs under his belt. He has spent numerous years working as part of a skills management team for a major international accounting firm as well as for the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec, and has been a member of the Ordre des conseillers en resources humaines agrée du Québec since 2001. Since his arrival at Technologia in 2005, he has been responsible for training programs, for the management of trainers, and for overseeing the committee of training advisors.

Vanessa Pilon

Vanessa Pilon, Marketing Director

Ms. Pilon began her career with Technologia in 2008. Her global vision and unwavering focus on excellence have contributed to her efficiency as a marketing leader who is held in high esteem by clients. Her goal? Enhancing the customer-focused approach that is already a stalwart of the organization's culture. Ms. Pilon holds a graduate degree in Public Relations Management from McGill University and has completed an internship with an international organization as well as one with a North-American communications leader.  Her commitment in various areas, for which she received a number of prizes, attests to her youthful and dynamic contribution to her team.

Ghislain Massie

Has provided more than fifteen thousand hours of training on network technology and systems management for various colleges and Microsoft®-authorized training centres.

Annie Booth

Annie Booth

Has trained over a 1,500 people and given close to 200 English training sessions for francophones.

Claude Marson

Claude Marson

Has more than forty years experience in IT. Has published more than three thousand specialized articles on computer science and is the author of four books on computer networks.
